The Website Design Package

If you’re a previous branding client of ours or have established your brand guidelines, imagery, and strategy already, and you find that you need an updated website that matches your branding, this package is for you!  We will work together to make a website that is useful, usable, beautiful, and branded. We’ll make sure your users get where they need to go in as few clicks as possible, all while making sure their user experience is consistent with your goals and vision for your business. This package includes a Squarespace website design, basic copywriting, and SEO optimization. You MUST have a complete brand & established brand guidelines before moving forward with this package.

The Website Design Package

WEBSITE DESIGN

  • Initial discovery call to determine website design goals, priorities, and your small business website design inspiration

  • A Squarespace or Shopify website that provides an intentionally crafted digital experience built on UX/UI principles, strategic SEO, and Squarespace website design best practices

  • Basic copywriting for each page, complete with keyword strategy by our SEO specialist

  • Responsive desktop & mobile design for up to 10 pages included

  • 2 revision rounds per page

  • An optimized sitemap based on customized SEO recommendations

  • Meta Descriptions & Title Tags

  • Image Optimization to improve site loading time

  • Setup Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Submit XML sitemap to GSC and Bing

  • Run an SEO site audit to make sure no technical issues arise

  • Add Schema Markup

  • Offboarding SEO call to walk through GA, GSC, and website recommendations

  • Offboarding guides that walk you through how to navigate the back end of your website

  • Two weeks of support as you begin to create and navigate your website for the first time

Investment $5,000

Process Overview:

  • We will sit down for an hour long zoom call to go over your user goals, design inspiration, keyword strategy, brand assets, third party integrations, and more.

  • We design your homepage first in a prototype software called Figma so that we can really nail down your design. We will also come up with a first draft of your optimized copy so you can review it.

  • Send us revisions to your homepage, then once we’ve nailed it down, we will build out your supporting pages. Rinse and repeat for up to two rounds.

  • We will build out your website so that you can see it in real life (yay!) and test all the buttons, submit forms, click around, etc. You can send us revisions here as well.

  • Once it looks good, we will take your site live and apply your domain name to it. Congratulations - you have a beautiful new website!

  • We will remain “on call” to support and help fix any bugs that may arrive. We will also provide you with documentation to help you navigate and maintain your new site.

  • Yes! After your site is live, we offer two weeks of support to help you get comfortable with the back end, troubleshoot any issues, and answer any questions. We’ll also provide you with offboarding guides and an SEO walkthrough to make sure you’re set up for success moving forward.

  • Absolutely! We include basic SEO optimization in our website design package, which covers everything from meta descriptions and title tags to image optimization and schema markup. We also set up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and run an SEO site audit to ensure your website is performing at its best.
